type O doesn't help. I have type O blood, but it's positive, so if you have negative, you can't have mine. My daughter has type O negative tho, so you can have hers. But not really, I don't know you and I'm not that kinda person.

Reading these comments are pretty shocking. First off, the type of car someone in need is driving shouldn’t be of concern. It seems that no one has ever gotten a good deal on a used car lease. Every nasty comment is mentioning owning and selling the car. It’s illegal to purchase organs in the US and when you’re on dialysis have you ever dealt with the bills, doctor appointments, and the requirements someone goes through just to be listed for transplant? It’s hurtful to see MY sign for help reduced to humor and insults. I get up each day, after my daily dialysis treatments, and I go to work to pay my medical bills and insurance. I need a kidney and instead of compassion I find cruelty. To those with kind words thank you. To the others, I hope a situation that effects your life is treated the same by strangers as you’ve treated mine.

Tragic that the donor, in addition to the right blood type, also needs to be a good HLA match (for kidneys it doesn't need to be perfect) which makes it even less likely to find a match
