38 here ,I still play competitive but it's not the same... The response time,the clearance of thought. In my 20's I was on top 100 scoreboard in free for all on the original Modern Warfare,back in 2007. Sometimes I would 2/3 hours without losing a game,that was my peak. Once I reached 30+ I sensed getting worse year after year... It sucks but it can't be helped.
